Requests for cancellation must be made in writing, using the form provided below, on or before September 9 if a refund is to be issued. No refunds will be considered after that date.

The refund will be less a $40.00 cancellation fee and under no circumstances will late fees be refunded. If original payment was made by check it is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure they have completed the necessary paperwork to be eligible to receive a refund check from the University of Virginia (details are provided on the form below).
